Returns & Refunds

At MARÉVA Paris, each piece is crafted to order with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. As a goodwill gesture, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@marevaparis.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customized orders Items that have been personalized or made to specific customer requirements are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
